    Candidates seeking admissions to the MMS course through Minority Level seats & Institute Level seats will have to fill the applications forms available at AIAIMS office between 10.00 and 6.00 p.m. The cost of the form and prospectus is Rs. 1000/-

    Admissions through CAP round is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and students seeking admissions for Allana Institute of management studies under CAP seats should select :-

Ragging in any form is prohibited at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies. AIAIMS has ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY towards ragging. It is a punishable offence as per the guidelines of Honorable Supreme Court of India, guidelines of AICTE Notification File No.37-3 / Legal / AICTE/2009, Dated - 1.7.2009 and Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999.

The biggest challenge most of the organizations face today after hiring Management Graduates is of growing mismatch between the job profiles & hired MBAs. We at Allana Institute of Management Studies, make a continuous attempt to understand the industry requirements & prepare our students to handle the challenge with maturity & prudence. Besides academic achievements, the focus is laid on sensitizing the students to the functional areas of management. While the Indian business environment is growing out of local, regional & national boundaries we make sure that our students also adapt the trans-cultural work environment. Seminars, workshops & interactive sessions with the industry dignitaries is a continuous feature of the pedagogy.

Management Education requires a special treatment.  We are making an attempt to treat management education with optimum value addition by encouraging students to interact with Industry on a continuous basis.  We are of an opinion that Management cannot be treated as a generic branch of education. The various branches of management i.e Marketing, HR, Finance, Systems & Operations are inter-dependent & we make sure that our students comprehend the subtle differences between the functions through case studies, live projects, brain storming sessions, business games syndicate/group discussions & role plays.

Throughout the curriculum emphasis is on soft skills. While it is essential to be technically sound, one should also have the ability to convey his/her ideas to the masses in simple manner.  We make sure that our students are empowered with soft skills – after all, any organization is managed by people therefore dealing with people is so very important.  Grooming our students with interpersonal skills, team spirit, social grace, business etiquettes, negotiation skills, attitude, motivation & time management is a continuous feature of training.

We stress upon professional development of faculty members. We have strong team of core & visiting faculty.

We have a modest infrastructure comprising of Library, Computer Lab, Systems Lab, Auditorium, Seminar hall. We lay emphasis on the reading habit & motivate our students to do so. Our institute library is equipped with prominent titles, business magazines & journals; regular additions are made to the titles.  Our computer lab is equipped with latest configured PCs with latest softwares, fully networked & full time internet access for project work & assignments. Learning halls are well-lit, equipped with latest acoustic devices, ergonomically designed chairs & are fully air-conditioned.  Overall, the infrastructure makes learning a conducive process at our institute.

We have a dynamic placement team working continually towards achieving 100% placements.

We also encourage students to participate & organize inter B – School events to tap their hidden talents & provide our budding professionals with a platform to accentuate their potentials.

Our dynamic team of core & visiting faculty gives impetus to the industry-institution interaction in the form of MDPs & consultations. We intend to take up industrial projects/assignments & management development programs in the near future. Our bi-annual management journal reflects our institute’s contribution in management research & development.
